Quartz Healthcare Germany acquires Radiologie Mansfelder Land – expanding its presence in Saxony-Anhalt

Wuppertal, North Rhine-Westphalia, 17 July 2025 – Quartz Healthcare Germany has announced the acquisition of Radiologie Mansfelder Land, a leading provider of outpatient radiology services in Saxony-Anhalt. With this acquisition, Quartz Healthcare is strengthening its presence in eastern Germany and continuing its strategic growth course.

Radiologie Mansfelder Land was founded in the late 1990s by radiologist Dietmar Handro. The practice has been continuously developed by Mr Handro and his partners, the radiologists Henning Mingramm and Lutz Müller, and is now an established partner of regional hospitals such as Helios and AMEOS.

At four clinically affiliated sites – Lutherstadt Eisleben, Hettstedt, Staßfurt and Calbe – over 55,000 radiological examinations are carried out each year. The range of services covers a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures, utilising a total of three MRI scanners and four CT scanners. The 44-strong team – including 17 medical radiography technicians, 7 medical assistants and 16 other staff members – ensures a high standard of care and smooth day-to-day operations for patients.

Radiologie Mansfelder Land will continue to operate at all four sites; the existing medical and technical staff will remain in place in full.
