Dr Patric Bell, MD, is a specialist in diagnostic radiology with a sub-specialism in neuroradiology.
With over 25 years’ clinical experience, including more than 20 years in outpatient care and more than 20 years as a specialist, Dr Bell is renowned for his thorough, precise and specialised diagnostic expertise: In addition to neuroradiology, his areas of specialisation include pulmonary imaging and MRI of the prostate.

From day one of his radiology training in Münster, he has been involved in the outpatient care of patients using modern cross-sectional imaging techniques such as MRI and CT. Following his certification as a specialist in 2006 and the acquisition of his subspecialty qualification in neuroradiology in 2007, he was initially employed from 2009 and has been practising independently at the MVZ Rheine since 2010.
Since 2025, Dr Patric Bell has been employed as one of the managing directors of Quartz MVZ Rheine GmbH.
Dr Patric Bell has been interpreting mpMRI scans of the prostate since 2017 and holds the Q1 and Q2 certificates from the German Radiological Society. He is a member of the Uroradiology Working Group.
Since 2018, Dr Patric Bell has been interpreting lung screening examinations for the employers’ liability insurance associations as part of specially established screening programmes, and has held the Q2 certificate for the early detection of lung cancer since 2025. He is a member of the Thoracic Diagnostics Working Group.
