radprax MVZ rebrands to Quartz: Completion of brand integration following the 2022 acquisition

Arnsberg/Wuppertal, [20 August 2025] – The radprax companies are rebranding to Quartz Westfalen MVZ GmbH (formerly radprax MVZ Westfalen GmbH) with headquarters in Arnsberg, and Quartz Nordrhein MVZ GmbH (formerly radprax MVZ Nordrhein GmbH) based in Wuppertal. With this step, Quartz Healthcare Germany continues the brand integration process following the acquisition of the radprax group in July 2022 and strengthens its position as one of the leading networks of outpatient medical care centers specializing in radiology, nuclear medicine, and radiation therapy.

The name change marks another significant milestone in the gradual brand integration since the acquisition three years ago. The rebranding will be implemented across all locations by the end of the year. Operating under the unified Quartz brand, the group now presents itself as one cohesive entity, underlining its promise: medical excellence, state-of-the-art technologies, and consistent patient orientation.

With the rebranding, Ms. Birgit Stegemann assumes the management of both companies.

The sites in North Rhine-Westphalia remain fully unchanged in terms of their services. They cover a wide range of specialties, including radiology, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology.

With now 34 locations across Germany, Quartz Healthcare Germany has steadily expanded its presence since the radprax integration and has consolidated its role as one of the country’s largest providers of outpatient and specialized medical services. The rebranding of the former radprax sites to Quartz represents an important step in the ongoing brand integration and further positions the Quartz brand within the German healthcare sector.
