Quartz Healthcare Germany Acquires Radiologie Mansfelder Land – Expanding Presence in Saxony-Anhalt

Wuppertal, NRW, July 17, 2025 – *Quartz Healthcare Germany announces the acquisition of Radiologie Mansfelder Land, a leading outpatient radiology services provider in Saxony-Anhalt. With this acquisition, Quartz Healthcare strengthens its presence in Eastern Germany and continues its strategic growth trajectory.

Radiologie Mansfelder Land was founded in the late 1990s by radiologist Dietmar Handro. The practice was continuously developed by Mr. Handro and his partners, radiologists Henning Mingramm and Lutz Müller, and is now an established partner of regional hospitals such as Helios and AMEOS.

At four hospital-affiliated locations – Lutherstadt Eisleben, Hettstedt, Staßfurt, and Calbe – over 55,000 radiological examinations are performed annually. The service portfolio encompasses a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures with a total of three MRIs and four CT scanners. The 44-member team – including 17 radiologic technologists (MTRAs), 7 medical assistants (MFAs), and 16 additional staff members – ensures high quality care and smooth operations in daily patient care.
