Quartz Healthcare Expands Presence in Germany by Acquiring Saale-Radiologie

The Quartz Healthcare Group S.à.r.l. (“Quartz Healthcare”), a leading European provider of radiology, radiation therapy, and nuclear medicine with a focus on medical quality and innovation, today announces the successful acquisition of Saale-Radiologie MVZ-GmbH with locations in Bad Kissingen and Bad Neustadt.

Since its founding in 1999, Saale-Radiologie has undergone remarkable development. Originally formed as a collaboration of several practices, the facility now offers comprehensive services in radiology and nuclear medicine. In 2007, the individual practices merged into a cross-local professional practice group (BAG), which was transformed into Saale-Radiologie MVZ GmbH in 2016. This structural change enabled closer collaboration and expanded diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities for patients in the region. Saale-Radiologie serves outpatients as well as the radiology department at the specialist center on the clinic campus of Rhön-Klinik.

The new locations in Bad Kissingen and Bad Neustadt complement the existing facilities in Bavaria.
